Transforming how people feel, think and act with money.

The approach
Money decisions are emotional decisions, which is why true financial wellbeing starts with understanding your patterns, not judging them.
At Financed Well, we combine behavioural finance with practical guidance to help you make choices that work with your values, your goals, and your real life.
Financial wellbeing sits at the foundation of whole-person wellbeing alongside physical, mental and social health. When money feels manageable, your energy, relationships and sense of possibility expand.
A mindset-led approach to financial wellbeing
Through a mindset-focused approach, I guide individuals to uncover the root causes of financial stress, build habits that align with their values, and take actionable steps toward lasting financial success and fulfilment.

For organisations
We help organisations build cultures where financial wellbeing is part of everyday support, improving employee resilience, reducing stress and boosting overall performance.
With financial wellbeing falling to only 35%*, financial pressures are taking a toll on sleep and personal relationships. Holistic financial coaching bridges the gap between financial stability and overall wellbeing, helping people feel secure, empowered and in control no matter their starting point.
Explore the emotional drivers behind your financial habits, including triggers, stress responses, and the beliefs that shape daily decisions. Participants uncover why they behave the way they do with money, for long-term change.
Through interactive exercises, understand how your values, upbringing and personal stories influence the way you show up with money. Participants map their current financial identity and start building a more intentional, confident and empowered one.
Develop sustainable money habits using behavioural tools that reduce stress, increase control and support long-term wellbeing. Participants move from reactive to intentional financial behaviour through practical routines and awareness of emotional spending triggers.
Participants discover how to plan and prioritise financial decisions in a way that reflects their values and real-life needs. Using clear decision-making frameworks, they overcome overwhelm and build long-term consistency.

Read my story
My late father taught me that money is emotional long before I understood the psychology behind it. His commitment to financial security and his passion for long-term investing shaped my belief that money is not just practical, it's deeply personal.
Most people were never taught the emotional side of money: why we overspend when stressed, avoid our bank balance, feel guilt when saving for ourselves, or repeat patterns that no longer serve us. Financed Well grew from wanting to bridge that gap.
After training as a holistic financial coach and financial planner, I learned how profoundly our beliefs, behaviours, values and lived experiences shape our financial lives. Paired with my background in government communications, corporate finance and years of workplace wellbeing, I help individuals and teams understand why they behave the way they do with money, and how to change those patterns for good.
Financial wellness isn't about being perfect. It's about understanding your patterns, and rewriting them with awareness, confidence and intention.

No. Financed Well provides financial education and coaching. It does not provide personalised regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
You are not automatically excluded because you have debt. We look at debt alongside your emergency fund, savings and broader financial priorities so you can create a plan that makes sense for your circumstances.
No. We cover the foundations so you can understand how investing fits into longer-term wealth building, and become more informed about the questions and options you may want to explore.
We do not spend our time telling you to stick to a stricter budget. We look at the psychology underneath your financial behaviour and the practical systems around your money.
